Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You can see the exact cost on the checkout page before completing your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly communicated on the site.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within [24 hours].
You can track your order on the courier’s website or through the tracking page linked in your notification.
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Hombybee is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately—within [48 hours] of delivery—with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will file a claim with the courier and work to resolve the issue (replacement or refund, per our Returns & Refund Policy).
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please first check with neighbours or your local post office. If it remains missing, contact us within [7 days] of the marked delivery date so we can investigate.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Hombybee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipment costs will be borne by the buyer.
